WiFi and washer and dryer are included in each 3-bedroom unit. No washer & dryer in the 1-bedroom units. 3 bedroom apartments are rented as full units (3 tenant min./6 max). Application: To apply, you will need to fill out an application, followed by a link to Transunion Smartmove to complete a credit/background check. The application fee is $50 per person. Pets are negotiable. We do NOT allow drinking, smoking/vaping, or illegal drugs. Renter’s insurance is required. Utilities: Utilities are in the tenant’s names for both Logan City (Water, Sewer, Power) & Dominion Energy (Gas) Fees: Parking pass - $300/school year Application fee - $50/person Lease initiation fee - $150 per person Security deposit - $1650 for the unit – refundable if all rent payments are made and apartment is left in good, clean condition at the end of the lease
