Bruno’s Alpine Apartments (670 E 700 N): new & modern, constructed in 2021, and only one block from campus. Private & shared bed/bath options are available to meet your interests and budget. WiFi and washer and dryer are included in each unit at no extra cost. 3 and 4 bedroom units are available. Apartments are rented as full units (3 tenant min./6 max). Leasing Options: Full Year Lease (May – May): rent is broken into 4 payments. - Private bed/bath: School year three $2265 payments due June 1st, Aug 1st & Oct 1st. Summer payment $1275 due April 15th . - Private bed/Shared Bath: School year - three payments of $2100 due June 1st, Aug 1st & Oct 1st. Summer – payment of $1275 due April 15th . - Shared bed/bath: School year - three payments of $1485 due June 1st, Aug 1st & Oct 1st. Summer – payment of $1050 due April 15th . Fall & Spring Semester Only Lease (Aug.- May): rent is broken into 3 payments. A $500 holding fee is charged to secure your room for the school year, rather than us renting it out to someone who would pay for the full year. - Private bed/bath: School year three $2265 payments due June 1st, Aug 1st & Oct 1st. Application: To apply, you will need to fill out an application, followed by a link to Transunion Smartmove to complete a credit/background check. The application fee is $40 per person. We do not allow pets, drinking, smoking/vaping, or illegal drugs. Renter’s insurance is required. Utilities: Tenants put Logan City bill in their name and split those costs. Tenants pay flat fee of $20/month to cover Dominion Energy and outdoor water usage. WI-FI is included in the rent price. Fees: Parking pass - $300/school year Application fee - $40/person Lease initiation fee - $150 Security deposit - $350 – refundable if all rent payments are made and apartment is left in good, clean condition at the end of the lease Holding Fee - $500 – charged to tenants desiring a 9 month lease, signed before July, securing their spot from being taken by a tenant willing to pay for a 12 month lease.
