Private & shared bed/bath options are available to meet your interests and budget. WiFi and washer and dryer are included in each unit at no extra cost. Apartments are rented by the bedroom. Private bed/bath: School year - three payments of $1965($655/m) due June 1st, Aug 1st & Oct 1st. Summer payment of $975 due April 15th. Shared bed/bath: School year - three payments of $1335($445/m) due June 1st, Aug 1st & Oct 1st. Summer payment of $900 due April 15th. Fall & Spring Semester Only Lease (Aug.- May): rent is broken into 3 payments. A $500 holding fee is charged to secure your room for the school year, rather than us renting it out to someone who would pay for the full year. Private bed/bath: School year - three payments of $1965($655/m) due June 1st, Aug 1st & Oct 1st. Shared bed/bath: School year - three payments of $1335 due June 1st, Aug 1st & Oct 1st. Summer Only Lease (May – Aug.): One Single Payment Private bed/bath: Summer payment of $975 due April 15th. Shared bed/bath: Summer payment of $900 due April 15th. Application: To apply, you will need to fill out an application, followed by a link to Transunion Smartmove to complete a credit/background check. The application fee is $40 per person. We do not allow pets, drinking, smoking/vaping, or illegal drugs. Renter’s insurance is required. Utilities: Tenants pay Whittaker Properties a flat fee of $55 per tenant per month, which covers both Logan City (Water, Sewer, Power) & Dominion Energy (Gas). Tenants do not put utilities in their name. WI-FI is included in the rent price. Fees: Parking pass - $300/school year Application fee - $40/person Lease initiation fee - $150 Security deposit - $350 – refundable if all rent payments are made and apartment is left in good, clean condition at the end of the lease Holding Fee - $500 – charged to tenants desiring a 9 month lease, signed before July, securing their spot from being taken by a tenant willing to pay for a 12 month lease.
