Bruno’s Alpine Apartments (670 E 700 N): New & modern, constructed in 2021, and only one block from campus. Private & shared bed/bath options are available to meet your interests and budget. WiFi and washer and dryer are included in each unit at no extra cost. 3 and 4 bedroom units are available. Apartments are rented as full units (3 tenant min./6 max). If needed, we can help group individuals together. Welcome, we are excited to host you! Leasing Options: Full Year Lease (August-August) or (May- May): rent is broken into 4 payments. - Private bed/bath: Four payments of $2250 ($749 a month) payments due June 1st, Aug 1st, Oct 1st, & Dec 1st. - Private bed/Shared Bath: Four payments of $2085 ($695 a month) due June 1st, Aug 1st , Oct 1st, & Dec 1st. - Shared bed/bath: Four Payments of $1800 ( $599 a month) due June 1st, Aug 1st, Oct 1st, & Dec 1st. Application: To apply, you will need to fill out an application, followed by a link to Transunion Smartmove to complete a credit/background check. The application fee is $50 per person. We do not allow pets, drinking, smoking/vaping, or illegal drugs. Renter’s insurance is required. Utilities: Tenants put Logan City Bill in their name and split those costs. Tenants pay a flat fee of $25/month to cover Dominion Energy and outdoor water usage. WI-FI is included in the rent price. Fees: Parking pass - $300/school year Application fee - $50/person Lease initiation fee - $150 Security deposit - $350 – refundable if all rent payments are made and apartment is left in good, clean condition at the end of the lease.
