The Stage (636 E 500 N): Triplex with 7 private bedrooms and bathrooms in units A & C and 10 private bedrooms and bathrooms in unit B. Enjoy privacy ($575/month) or save money by sharing ($445/month). Less than 1/2 block from Old Main Hill/USU campus. Private Bedroom/Bathroom and Shared Bedroom/Bathroom options are available to meet your interests and budget. WiFi and washer and dryer are included in each unit at no extra cost. Apartments are rented by the bedroom. Welcome, we are excited to host you! Leasing Options (August-August): rent is broken into 4 payments. Private bed/Private Bath: Four payments of $1720 ($575 a month) due June 1st, Aug 1st , Oct 1st, & Dec 1st. Shared bed/bath: Four Payments of $1335 ( $445 a month) due June 1st, Aug 1st, Oct 1st, & Dec 1st. Application: To apply, you will need to fill out an application, followed by a link to Transunion Smartmove to complete a credit/background check. The application fee is $40 per person. We do not allow pets, drinking, smoking/vaping, or illegal drugs. Renter’s insurance is required. Utilities: Tenants pay a flat rate of $55 a month to cover ALL UTILITIES. WI-FI is included in the rent price. Fees: Parking pass - $300/school year Application fee - $40/person Lease initiation fee - $150 Security deposit - $350 – refundable if all rent payments are made and apartment is left in good, clean condition at the end of the lease.
