Pets are negotiable. We do NOT allow drinking, smoking/vaping, or illegal drugs. Renter’s insurance is required. Utilities: Utilities are in the tenant’s names for both Logan City (Water, Sewer, Power) & Dominion Energy (Gas) Fees: Parking pass - $300/school year Application fee - $50/person Lease initiation fee - $150 per person Security deposit - $1650 for the unit – refundable if all rent payments are made and apartment is left in good, clean condition at the end of the lease
